WhatsApp, Telegram, email and calls in one support inbox. Your AI agent answers first.

Messages and calls become threads you can assign, prioritize and hold to an SLA — VK, MAX, SMS and site chat included. Nika, the AI agent, answers from your knowledge base and hands over to a person when she can’t help.

CHANNELS

Scan a QR code. Your WhatsApp is already in the inbox.

Personal WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX and VK accounts connect as a linked device: you can write first, take calls and see messages typed on the phone. Bots, email, SMS, a SIP trunk and your site chat connect in the same wizard — 11 channel types, one queue.

Capabilities

Shared inbox

Every thread gets an owner and a deadline. You’re warned before it’s missed.

New threads can go to a team in turn or to whoever has the fewest open, among people online and under a per-person cap. Statuses say what each thread waits for; SLA targets count business hours per customer category, cards count down, and a breach shows in the timeline, the bell and your workflows.

Capabilities

AI AGENT

A customer writes at 2 a.m. Nika has already answered from your docs.

Nika answers customers in messengers, email and site chat from your help articles, website and business facts, in their language. When she isn’t sure, she hands the thread to a person and writes down why. Start in Test mode: only your team sees what she would have said.

Hi! Does the 2-year warranty cover a machine we use in our café?

Yes — machines in cafés have the same 2-year warranty, as long as they get a yearly service from an authorized partner. You can register yours here: brewline.example/warranty

Capabilities

SIDEKICK · TEAM ASSISTANT

Ask for a summary, a draft and a task. The reply is still yours to send.

Press B in any thread. Sidekick, your team’s AI assistant, reads what’s in front of you — the thread, the customer, the queue — drafts replies in your tone and names the help article it relied on. It changes labels, assignees, tasks and even workflows with your rights, asks first wherever you set it to, and never writes to customers itself.

Capabilities

Calls

Hang up. The recording and transcript are already in the thread.

Take and make calls in the browser through your WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX and VK accounts or a SIP trunk. Every call lives in the customer’s thread: its result, one recording with every participant, and a live transcript signed by speaker. Transcription runs on your ElevenLabs key.

Calls in the browser

Answer and dial from Qurator, with no desk phone or extra app. The call window follows you around the inbox; invite a colleague or send a guest a link.

Messenger accounts and SIP

Voice calls through personal WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX and VK accounts, and phone calls through your provider’s SIP trunk — you pick the number to call from.

A workflow decides who rings

An incoming call rings the people a workflow names: a team, everyone who sees the thread, or the next group if nobody picks up.

One recording

Operators, guests and the customer in one audio file that plays right in the thread. Record every call automatically, or start recording during a single call.

Live transcript

Written as people talk and signed by speaker, on your ElevenLabs model. Voice messages from any channel get a transcript too.

Nika on calls Beta

A workflow can let Nika pick up when nobody does: she answers by your playbook, calls people in and books meetings by voice.

Workflows

Write “the customer is upset” as a condition. A model checks it.

Start from one of 9 triggers — a new thread, an SLA at risk, an incoming call, a Nika handoff, a booked meeting, a schedule or a webhook — and chain 27 kinds of steps: assign by workload, wait up to 90 days, ask AI, call your API. Branches can meet again in one step.

Capabilities

Tasks and tracker

A customer books a meeting from your site. It lands with whoever on the team is free.

Booking pages offer your team’s free slots and never double-book. Next to them: tasks with reminders, tracker boards with cards like DEV‑42 linked to the threads that reported them, and a calendar with everyone’s busy time. Nika and Sidekick can book meetings too.

Capabilities

CUSTOMERS AND COMPANIES

WhatsApp on Monday, email on Friday. Same customer, one profile, every thread.

One profile holds a customer’s contacts from every channel: phones, emails and messenger handles. The moment a new contact writes, Qurator links it to the one customer it matches by phone, email or username — or shows the operator the candidates. Companies, groups, custom fields and shared notes sit on the same profile.

One profile

Phones, emails and messenger handles from every channel; a phone or an email belongs to one customer only.

Automatic linking

An exact match links a new contact; several matches become suggestions, and a contact someone unlinked is never relinked by itself.

Companies

Found by work email domain, with a category, contract value, MRR and an owner; threads, people, tasks and cards in one place.

Customer groups

A name, a key and a color; every group is a queue and a filter.

Custom fields

On threads, customers, companies and cards; up to 20 attributes from your site chat; Nika sees the fields you allow.

Notes and history

Shared notes show in every thread of the customer; merges, moves and edits stay in the change history.

Developers

Ask Claude what’s urgent in the queue. It reads Qurator with your rights.

Qurator has a built-in MCP server: paste its address into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code and approve access — no keys. The agent gets 30 tools and a gateway to every API method your role allows, or read-only access. Your own code uses the same API: 476 methods, OAuth 2.1, OpenAPI 3.1.

Capabilities

Security

Your own Qurator instance. One process, one folder, your address.

Each company runs its own Qurator at its own address, like acme.qurator.io: a separate process with its own SQLite database, so your data is never mixed with other customers’. Under the hood it’s one binary — no Postgres, Redis or Docker — and nobody signs in with a password.

Your own instance

Your data stays separate. One process, one port and one data folder per company.

  • Separate for each company

Isolation comes from separate processes, not from a filter in shared tables.

  • Your own address

Your team signs in at its own address, like acme.qurator.io.

  • One binary

Web server, app, every channel and the database in one process. No Postgres, Redis, Docker or message broker.

  • Data in one folder

Everything lives in one directory: a backup is a copy of it, and erasing your data means deleting it.

Sign-in

No passwords to steal. People sign in with an email link, a passkey or your company’s SSO.

  • Email link

A one-time link valid for 15 minutes; the screen never reveals whether an account exists.

  • Passkeys

Fingerprint, face or device PIN, added per device.

  • Single sign-on

Any OIDC provider; accounts can be created at first sign-in.

  • Groups become roles

Provider groups map to roles at every sign-in; ownership is never granted this way.

  • SCIM provisioning

Your provider pushes staff and groups, and groups can follow into teams.

  • Session timeout

Idle sessions end after 30 minutes to 7 days, as you choose.

Access

People see what their role allows. Boards, channels and connected apps follow the same rules.

  • Four roles

    Owner, Administrator, Supervisor and Operator.

  • Custom roles

Built on Operator or Supervisor and limited to chosen boards and channels.

  • Private boards

Tracker boards visible only to their members.

  • Apps act as a person

API and MCP connections carry the person’s role, can be read-only and are revoked in one click; their changes are logged.

AI on your terms

Your providers, your keys. Or a model you run yourself.

  • Bring your own keys

Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, OpenRouter or any OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible service. A key is entered once and never shown again.

  • Local models

Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp or vLLM on hardware you control.

  • A model per job

Separate models for Sidekick, Nika, calls, transcripts and analysis.

  • Spend in view

Prices per model, today’s spend and a daily budget; one switch turns all AI off.
